At Ray White Cranbourne we are always looking for ways to improve our service and achieve the best results. With that in mind we have taken the decision to reduce our open home times from 30 minutes to 20 minutes.
Whilst this change may seem odd for many, it is not a decision that has been made flippantly and there are genuine reasons behind our decision that we believe will benefit our clients.
We have the best and most comprehensive list of properties for sale of any agent in the area, we also understand that buyers want to minimise their time when looking at properties. By allowing a shorter time buyers can view a more extensive range of properties in one day. If the buyer is interested in a particular property, they can arrange another time to review the property with family members or friends more extensively and without the distraction of other potential buyers at an open. The scheduling of shorter gaps between open homes also allows more of our client’s properties to be on show during the prime times of the day, attracting a higher number of attendees. Potential buyers have also given us feedback that long delays or waiting time between the open times of the homes they want to view can be frustrating, therefore this change will be well received by buyers.
From a sellers point of view the shorter times will ensure the buyers attend our open homes before others if they are at similar times. If a buyer has two homes to attend but our open home time is shorter they will attend ours first and then the other one second. From a sellers point of view shorter open homes with more buyers creates more competition and a better chance for us to achieve a better price.
